Challenge
Nordcon Land needed a strong visual identity for their new estate Hopefield in Wirlinga NSW to stand out and connect with first home buyers and downsizers.
Goal
Create a complete brand identity with a logo suite, colour palette, typography, brand guidelines and illustrations that capture the essence of Hopefield and reflect the lifestyle awaiting its residents.
Solution
We designed a refreshing brand identity using light positive colours paired with Nordcon’s signature green for cohesion. Circular shapes and flowing ribbons of colour represent the non-linear journey of homeownership and create a joyful and welcoming personality that resonates with a wide audience.
